Introduction
Disperse red 177 is a benzothiazole heterocyclic disperse dye, which is suitable for high temperature and high pressure exhaustion dyeing of polyester fiber fabrics. It is used for hot melt dyeing and printing and other printing and dyeing processes, especially for ultra-fine denier fibers. The dye has high dyeing strength, good dyeing performance, bright color, and excellent fastness. It is a good variety of disperse dyes.
Production method
Using 2-amino-6-nitrobenzothiazole and N-cyanoethyl-N-acetoxyethyl aniline as raw materials, the 2-amino-6-nitrobenzothiazole is first diazotized, and then combined with N-cyanoethyl-N-acetoxyethyl aniline to obtain the product. The finished product is filtered, ground and dried..
add H3PO4 400g into the diazotization reaction bottle, raise the temperature to 60-65 ℃, then add 2-amino -6-nitrobenzothiazole, stir and dissolve, reduce to normal temperature and add 50g of cosolvent, continue to cool to 0-5 ℃, slowly add NaNO2 12g within 1-2h, and add the temperature to 0-5 ℃ for 3h after adding the reaction. Destroy excess sodium nitrite and wait for use.
200g of water and 0.2g of dispersant are added to the coupling reaction flask, 71g of acetic acid solution (50%) of N-cyanoethyl-N-acetoxyethyl aniline is added under stirring, 40g of hydrochloric acid is added after it is fully dispersed and cooled to 0 ℃, then the above diazo solution is added dropwise within 1-1.5h, and the reaction is continued at 0-5 ℃ for 10h after addition. Raise the temperature to 38 ℃ and add a certain amount of water, then filter, wash and dry to obtain the finished product.
